They are seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting who will lead the external reporting activities for the company. Duties and Responsibilities Lead the external financial reporting Serve as the point person for all M&A accounting and integration activitiesResponsible for the evaluation and determination of the proper accounting treatment and disclosure related to complex or unusual transactionsReview and evaluate accounting systems and internal controls processes and make recommendations for improvementLead the external audit activitiesOversee and lead a team Professional Experience and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting 10 years of experience CPA (required)M&A Accounting is a plusSuperior analytical, technical, and accounting skillsStrong written, interpersonal, and presentation skillsStrong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accountingCritical thinker and problem-solving skills
