Job Description: As a Salary Loan Officer at Refined Lending, you will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing, or recommending approval of loan applications for clients. Your role is crucial in helping clients achieve their financial goals through tailored loan solutions. Assist clients to build wealth utilizing the bank’s treasury management products and tools.
Responsibilities:Evaluate loan applications and documentation by confirming credit worthiness.Improve loan applications and documentation by informing the applicant of additional requirements.Help customers by answering questions and responding to requests.Complete loan applications by explaining provisions to the applicant, obtaining signatures and notarizations, and collecting fees.Stay updated with the loan market trends and developments.Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly loan quotas.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. Requirements:Proven experience as a loan officer or a similar role.Strong understanding of lending procedures and products.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Proficiency in financial and loan management software.
