Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, with proficiency in audits, reporting, PPAPs, and other related processes. Experience in an AS9000 environment is preferred, but candidates with ISO9000 experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements.Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.Coordinate and facilitate PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) submissions to customers.Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.Provide guidance and training to employees on quality processes and procedures.Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality inquiries and concerns.Prepare and present quality reports and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of quality management systems, audits, reporting, and PPAPs.Experience with ISO standards, with preference given to candidates with AS9000 experience.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
