Job Description

At Regions, the Capital Markets Insurance Analyst handles all commercial property insurance job functions.

Primary Responsibilities

Conducts all servicing and insurance related transactions with a high level of accuracyReviews Insurance policies to confirm compliant coverage is in place based on investor’s insurance requirementsPerforms revision of insurance certificates, policies, statement of values and invoices to determine compliance with Investor guidelinesWorks with insurance agents/brokers and borrowers to rectify non-compliant coverage issuesDisburses escrow funds for timely payment of insurance premiumsPerforms annual insurance escrow analysisMonitors insurance premium funds for shortages and contact borrowers as appropriateBoards new loans into the servicing systemResearches and resolves insurance related borrower inquiriesIdentifies and communicates insurance related issues and trendsResearches insurance exception items within specified time frames

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

This position is incentive eligible.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related fieldTwo (2) years of insurance experience

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
