Job RequirementsInstall, maintain, and repair assembly machinery including machine tooling, mechanics, electronics, and pneumaticsEnsure customer satisfaction through exemplary service, providing training, and start-up supportIdentify, analyze, and rectify equipment failures promptly and effectivelyPromote and market products and services strategically to customersTravel overnight as needed to address service calls beyond the usual geographic areaAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and engineering drawingsProficient in electrical principles, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automated machine functionsSkilled in troubleshooting electro-mechanical assemblies using established methodologiesFamiliarity with PLCs, HMIs, servo motors, and motion control systemsCompetent in using hand and power tools for maintenance and repair tasksCapable of conducting equipment tests and inspections using appropriate testing equipment
Job QualificationsHS Diploma or Associates DegreeExperience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns 3-5 years in the practical application of electronics and technology 3-5 years of design, build or troubleshooting of pneumatic and/or hydraulic assembly machinery preferredKnowledge of servo motors and drivesAbility to read electrical schematics and engineering drawingsKnowledge and understanding of PLC's and HMIsKnowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and automated machine functions and can troubleshoot
