Job ResponsibilitiesThe Technical Recruiter position is a full-time role with a base salary plus unlimited commissionFollow up throughout the day with recruitment activity and questions regarding your progressCreate searches and identify qualified individuals for open positions with our clients (Automotive, Engineering, IT, Professional, Manufacturing)Must be available to work core business hours of 7:45am – 5:30pmStrong time management skills for accurate and immediate follow-upContinuously make calls, interview candidates, set meetings, negotiate pay rates, review resumes and continue an ongoing dialogue between candidates and managersBuild a network of potential candidates for key accounts by sourcing active and passive candidatesDrive the full cycle recruitment process - sourcing world class candidates, interviewing, extending offers / negotiating, offboarding, coaching, etc.Stay current on industry news, continuously learn and participate in professional developmentThis could be an Entry Level position for the right candidate, or the person should have 1 – 4 years of Staffing and Recruiting experience including recruitment in Engineering, Manufacturing, IT or Technical positionsThe position provides a complete benefit package
