We are seeking an Accountant to join the Finance team to support our growing business and help as office manager when needed. Reporting to the Finance manager, the accountant will play a key role in managing our financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The willingness to be hands-on and do whatever is required to get the job done.

Roles and Responsibilities relationships with customers & vendors to drive cash flow management.internal relationships with operations staff, leadership, and other managers to ensure accurate and timely internal accounting & reporting.various overhead expenses to budget.budget to actual variances monthly to budget owners.monthly KPI dashboards and internal reports.and record customer payments and follow up with customers on past due balances.credit card transactions.all bank accounts.and record month end accruals and prepaid balances.month-end close timely, including reconciling and reviewing all accounts.in forecasts, budgets, and financial analysis.special reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends.journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, maintaining all relevant supporting schedules in audit-ready fashion.professional scepticism to provide business insights and respond to inquiries.and implement ways to shorten the month-end close process by finding efficiencies.

Qualifications:degree in accounting or related field.experience in account reconciliationsexperience in general ledger, journal entries, and month-end closing procedures.experience in accounts payable and accounts receivableverbal and written communication skillsorganizational skills and time management skillsattention to detailanalytical and problem-solving skills with computer proficiency.to adapt to changing environments.in tax accounting a plus.in QuickBooks preferred.high degree of integrity in handling confidential informationcustomer service skills with the ability to think quickly and creatively to solve problems.
