Responsibilities:Manage a personal caseload, demonstrating proficiency in handling insurance defense cases.Comfortably navigate through complex litigation matters, including conducting depositions and analyzing legal intricacies.Make informed decisions and effectively communicate those decisions within the team and to clients.Display adaptability and acumen in resolving legal issues efficiently.
Qualifications:Hands-on experience in Litigation or Insurance Defense.Juris Doctorate degree.Admission to the New York State Bar is mandatory.
