Team Lead

Renewal by Andersen is looking to add to our Events and Retail Marketing Team! The Events Team staff serve as the face to face lead generators for our company. As the Team Supervisor, you would lead the team in onsite Lead Generation marketing techniques. You will have a passion for marketing the top rated windows and doors in the country. You will have a personal drive to exceed marketing goals and push your team to do the same! We are looking for someone who is comfortable providing feedback and coaching to a team in a fast-paced environment and doesn't mind working on the front lines with their team.

Responsibilities

Manage a small group of Marketing Representatives that are responsible for securing in-home consultations for our sales team.

Coach and train your employees, through various facilitation and feedback techniques

Providing thorough evaluations of employees for our management staff.

Assist in recruiting, to ensure we maintain an acceptable staffing percentage on our team

Conduct interviews for your team, provide feedback on candidates to Talent Acquisition team.

Partner with Retail/Events Marketing Manager to ensure team is performing, needs are being met.

Qualifications

Previous Sales And Marketing In Person Experience Is Required.

Must be comfortable and proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office.

Must have a valid driver license with a clean driving record. (Required)

Must be willing to travel up to an hour to and from work each day.

Great time management/self-starter.

Have reliable transportation.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
