Job Description:Renewance is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our RenewanceConnect platform. Responsibilities:Lead QA planning, execution, and documentation of test activities throughout the software development lifecycle.Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to validate functional and non-functional requirements of the RenewanceConnect platform.Design and implement automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage across different layers of the application stack.Conduct manual and automated testing of web-based applications, APIs, and backend systems to identify defects, regressions, and performance issues.Perform security testing activities, including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security code reviews, to identify and mitigate security risks.Evaluate and optimize the performance of the RenewanceConnect platform through load testing, stress testing, and capacity planning activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and designers, to understand requirements, identify risks, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.Analyze test results, track defects, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, including recommendations for resolution and mitigation.Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of software development and testing practices.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in quality assurance and software testing, with a focus on web-based applications and software platforms.Proven experience in leading QA processes, including planning, execution, and reporting of test activities.Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices, including manual and automated testing techniques.Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Jest) and proficiency in programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Python) for test automation.Experience in security testing techniques and tools (e.g., OWASP Top 10, Burp Suite, Nessus) and familiarity with security standards and best practices.Experience in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling) and performance monitoring and profiling tools.Solid knowledge of web technologies, APIs, databases, and backend systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment and influence quality across the organization.
