Position Summary:The Head of Development will play a crucial role in driving our technological innovation and ensuring the scalability and efficiency of our systems. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to lead a team of developers, address complex business needs, and drive technological innovation while ensuring scalability and flexibility. This position is exempt from overtime. In this role, you will report directly to Remi Gangarossa, COO/CTO at Renovo Financial. Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including customization, integration, and deployment.Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and provide strategic recommendations for Salesforce solutions.Architect complex solutions that meet business needs while adhering to best practices and industry standards.Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables within agreed timelines.Oversee the development process, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities, staying abreast of new features and functionalities.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Salesforce configurations and processes for enhanced efficiency and scalability.Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating communication and fostering collaboration.Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development

Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate for this role will have:Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Architect, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect or Certified System Architect are highly desirable.Strong proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration, utilizing tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Salesforce DX.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.Proven ability to architect scalable and flexible solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
