Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Real Estate Agent Recruiter. As a Real Estate Agent Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified real estate agents to join our team. Daily tasks include conducting candidate searches, reviewing resumes, contacting potential candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. You will also assist with onboarding and training new agents.
