Resolute Forest Products, a manufacturer of quality newsprint located in Grenada, MS, currently has an opening for an Accounting Associate.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include (not Limited To) The Following
Accounts Payable
Problem invoice resolutionOpen, sort, scan and send/forward incoming invoicesCommunicate with other mill employees, Sourcing Managers, AP support team, and Suppliers
Purchasing
Track Service Orders and input SES upon completion Expedite orders
Other Areas
Assist with Stores Cycle countsAssist with various mill projects
Account Reconciliations
Monthly usage calculations and SAP entry
Chemical receipt reconciliation
Education And /Or Experience
3-4 years accounts payable experience or college level classes working toward an accounting degree
Other Skills And Abilities
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
Must have experience with computer systems
Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with ERP applications such as SAP a plus
