📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are sourcing for a new direct hire opportunity for a Senior Site Manager opportunity with a company that is ranked among the top five for industrial contractors in the US!
Compensation is highly competitive, $140K-$165K, flexibility to go higher if experience aligns. Plus, monthly per diem, $600 for food, company car, and cell phone.
Working as a Site Manager, you will provide on-site coordination for all phases of the construction project. You will be responsible budget, schedule, subcontractors, inspections, quality control and job site safety.
Top Skills Looking For - It's a huge plus if you have experience with construction of data centers/clean rooms/within solar panel manufacturing environment.
Must have a minimum of 10+ years related construction experience. Preferred experience would be candidates that have held the position of overall responsibility for field activities on the project site including collaboration between design, project, and schedule management. Our projects are large construction projects in the following markets: Manufacturing, Food and Beverage, Automotive, Distribution and Mission Critical. Project volumes will vary, but typically fall into the following ranges: $10mm to $50mm, $50mm to $100mm, $100mm to $200mm or over $200mm. Demonstrated leadership abilities to manage and direct on-site project teams to successful completions. Must be able to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, financial reports, and legal/contract documents.
