Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a SAP Technical Lead located in the Midwest with flexibility for remote work. As a SAP Technical Lead, you will be responsible on implementation projects for designing the overall S/4HANA integration architecture strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, design solutions, and ensure smooth system integrations. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise, guidance, and mentoring to a team of 6-8 developers and consultants.
QualificationsExtensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Solid understanding of SAP cloud integration Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExpertise in business process analysis and consultingAbility to lead and mentor a team of developers and consultantsDemonstrated proficiency in SAP technical implementation and customizationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related fieldExperience in the aerospace and defense industry or government contracting is a plus
