Direct Sales Consultant

We're seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Direct Sales Representative to bolster our sales and promotions teams, specifically within a retail setting. Our goal is to cultivate and strengthen competitive spirit and leadership potential in each candidate. Responsibilities:Engage daily with potential new consumers in person at our retail locations and inform them about ongoing promotions.Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to potential customers.Deliver outstanding customer service to existing clientele, providing product knowledge and assistance as needed.Act as the face of the brand during in-store marketing campaigns and events.Interact with consumers to provide top-notch customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns.Serve as the primary contact for all consumer relations within the retail environment.Generate leads and boost sales by actively promoting products to interested customers.

Qualifications:0 to 1 year of customer service, marketing, and/or sales experience preferred (paid training available for those without).Possess a student mentality, eager to learn and grow within a retail sales environment.Enjoy interacting with people and possess strong communication skills.Skilled at problem-solving, particularly in fast-paced retail settings.Thrive in a team environment, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve sales goals.
