As Home Delivery Lead, you will coach and mentor a team to deliver operational

excellence across all warehouse and home delivery functions. The Lead will join a team

that plays an integral role in the continuous elevation of our customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every dayConduct operations in a manner that promotes safety in accordance with federal, state,and local laws; maintain an exceptionally clean, neat, and orderly warehouseComplete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate processAllocate labor as needed throughout the departments; plan and inspire daily inbound and outbound workload for the warehouse operationParticipate in establishing department and associate-specific goals, including: productivity,quality, personal growth and professional developmentAssume responsibility of departmental goals including inventory control through cyclecounts and participate in achieving goals on a daily basis

Our Requirements

Sense of teamwork, ownership, urgency, and attention to detail in your work1+ years experience in a distribution center or warehouse environmentRF scanning experience preferred; ability to facilitate change within the organization in a positive mannerExcellent communication skills; experience training and coaching associatesComfortable with and ability to use, learn and train new technologyAbility to monitor, maintain, and operate equipment and machineryMust pass background and drug screen

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and mobilize items from at least 75 lbs.
