Audit Manager - 1569589

RightWorks is hiring for an Audit Manager in Jacksonville, FL. This is a newly added position due to the firm's expansion and growth! This is a HYBRID position, 3 days minimum in office, and candidate must be willing and able to commute to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

Manage audit engagements for clients across various industries.Plan and execute audit procedures in accordance with auditing standards.Identify and communicate audit findings to clients.Research accounting issues and provide solutionsReview and supervise work of audit staff.Develop new client contacts and relationships beneficial to the firmRecognize opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients

Requirements

External Audit experience required (public and privately held companies)2+ years in management roleBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field.Active CPA license, preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on audit. Superior oral/written communication skills Well-developed decision-making skills and initiative to make those decisions Ability to conduct research and analyze information collected Ability to prioritize a heavy work load and remain organized

Base salary: $85k-$110k base + benefits + performance based bonus
