📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Title:** Beverage Manager
- *Summary:**
The Beverage Manager at Oracle Park will oversee daily beverage operations for catering and retail food services. Reporting to the Director of Premium, this role is responsible for meeting operational and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs.
Compensation:** The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and market factors.

- *Responsibilities:**
- *Leadership:**
Engage and develop team members using the company's coaching model Reward and recognize employees for their contributions Ensure team performance meets objectives and client expectations Lead daily team briefings Maintain safety and sanitation standards
- *Client Relationship:**
Identify client needs and communicate operational progress
- *Financial Performance:**
Complete and maintain P&L statements Achieve financial targets Implement Aramark processes and systems to improve margins Ensure efficient operations and cost controls
- *Productivity:**
Train and supervise team on production, quality, and control Maintain food and labor initiatives Ensure team is trained and able to implement operational processes
- *Compliance:**
Maintain a safe environment for clients, customers, and employees Follow all applicable policies, rules, and regulations
- *Qualifications:**
Minimum of 2 years of experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Strong interpersonal skills Ability to maintain effective client and customer relationships Excellent customer service skills Ability to collaborate with other departments Mixology experience strongly preferred
- *Additional Notes:**
Responsible for all beverage, alcohol, and non-alcohol products Wine knowledge required Establish relationships with providers Previous experience in restaurant, large restaurant, casino, hotel, or sales provider market Schedule flexibility required Direct reports include 3 managers, 4 supervisors for rec/delivery, and 1 for admin Work with warehouse on receiving and inventory management
