Job Duties
General Electrical, Mechanical, and Hydraulic Troubleshooting SkillsIdentify Problems and formulate solutions to fix the problemsFix most problems with minimal assistance from a higher skill level employee.Troubleshoot small electrical circuits and find problemsTroubleshoot small pumping circuits and pump failuresTroubleshooting and repair of mechanical drive systems such as belts, motors, and chains with minimal assistanceRepair mechanical failures in a timely fashionGeneral Idea of manufacturing operations, such as:Extrusion Press OperationWater Treatment Process Pumping and SystemsAnodizing and Paint OperationsPerform PMs such as oil level checks and mechanical InspectionsOther duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
Skills Assessment must be taken and meet minimum requirements.Initiative to learn new tasks and interested in trainingEnthusiastic about learning equipment and learning failure patterns.Self-motivation and self-disciplineMust be able to perform moderate to heavy liftingMust be flexible to work any shift, holidays, and weekends as neededOvertime is required if deemed necessary by managementAbility to be certified for Forklift, Crane, Gennie, and Scissor Lift
