Are you a Maintenance Engineer or Supervisor looking to step into a Maintenance Manager role offering leadership training and structured progress to become a Plant Manager in the future?
This is a unique opportunity to join a global organization, where you will develop and grow your own team as well as taking charge of multiple sites within a year.
My client are market leaders in their industry and are currently going through a period of expansion. They have a great reputation for developing their staff and promoting from within.
On offer is a hands on Maintenance Manager position where you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and attending breakdowns. You will also be looking to double the size of your maintenance department and take on multisite responsibility in your first year.
This role would suit a ambitious Maintenance Engineer with PLC troubleshooting experience, looking to put their own stamp on a reputable organization, whilst receiving further training from the corporate manager and progression.
The role: three local sitesand lead a team of four maintenance professionalsyour PLC & troubleshooting expertise to optimize operations
