Sales Manager – Fuel & Lubricant (Oil)You will be based in Phoenix, ArizonaMost of the work is within the Regional area with rare travel further afield$90,000 - $120,000 + Performance Bonus (OTE up to as much as 170k) + Progression to Sales Director + Excellent Benefits Package + 401k Matching + Training Are you a Sales Manager with a background in Fuel & Lubricant sales looking for the chance to lead a growing team of Sales Engineers, where you can dramatically increase your earnings? Founded in 1941 they have consistently grown their client base and now operate within 7 states and have over 500 employees. Now due to the growth they are looking for a Sales Manager to lead on the further development and success of the business. In this role you will coach and develop your team whilst leading sales and customer relations. This is a hybrid role you will be travelling the local area. As a Sales Manager main responsibilities will be developing new and existing clients, work closely with your team and director to ensure company growth and goals are achieved. Training provided on market and company systems.
