Assistant Private Client Marketing Specialist

The Assistant Private Client Marketing Specialist will be responsible for Assisting the marketing specialist in quoting all New Business leads and client remarkets as directed by the PCS Office Leader while maintaining compliance with internal procedures and guidelines set by management. This individual will be responsible for coordinating with the PCS Marketing Specialist and Producers that bring in leads as well as work with the Account Managers who require remarketing assistance with quoting both new and renewal business to our preferred insurance carriers.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:Marketing of all submitted New Business leadsGather requisite information, quote and make presentation to prospect/clientProvide marketing assistance to PCS Marketing Specialist and Account Managers on remarkets and renewal risks as neededAssist in proposal preparation as required by PCS national standardsMaintain proper documentation of marketing attempts and communications with producers and carriers in agency management systemProvide support to Producers including proposals and follow-up to help achieve agency new business goals.Enter all information in Agency Management system (AMS 360/WorkSmart/EPIC)

Requirements and Qualifications:3+ years’ Private Client management experienceExperience with High Net Worth carriers: Chubb, PURE, Berkley One, Vault, Private Client SelectValid P&C brokers’ licenseCollege degree preferredIndustry specific designations preferred- CISR, CAPI, CPRIA, CIC or similarProficient in insurance agency management systems: AMS 360, WorkSmart and EPIC preferredExtensive knowledge of Private Client underwriting, coverage and proceduresAbility to clearly articulate these products/coverages to clients and underwritersUnderstanding of marketplace trends and best practices to best meet clients’ needsPossess excellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrate proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office SuiteFlexible and able to work effectively under pressure; handling multiple tasks with interruptions and changing prioritiesExceptional organization and time-management skills

The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $23.73 - $31.25 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
