Job DescriptionThe Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Auction Coordinator by assisting with Joint Inventory and day-to-day auction inventory functions. The position will also monitor and ensure inventory needs are met for the daily auction activities. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: photographing inventory and inventory control, assisting with and reviewing basic inspections on items and replenishing stock of inventory ResponsibilitiesResponsible for assisting in Joint Inventory with the Auction Coordinator and government staff for government shipmentsPerforms basic inspections of inventory items, performing inspection reports by taking photographs the equipment and overall conditionVerify key equipment data (serial number / VIN, hours / miles, machine-level and / or emission-related certifications, etc.) for typos and other inaccuraciesLotting and classifying inventory to be put into an organized system for later retrievalDetermine best option of our available sales channels to maximize returns for the companyDetermine ideal quantity for grouping items into lots and pricing with our proprietary systemPerform other duties as assigned
Qualifications 1-3 years’ experience preferred
