What You’ll Do

As the DSS, you will oversee residential services and living units and serve as the Program Director in his/her absence. You will be primarily responsible for managing all available resources in a manner that provides the students with the highest level of care and to ensure the Rite of Passage program is being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements. The Director of Group Living reports to the Program Director and supervises the Unit Managers and direct-care staff.

To Be Considered, You Should

Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.Have a BA/BS in a related field. (Master's Degree preferred.)Have 5 years of related experience in residential facility management.Be able to pass a criminal background check, preemployment IMPACT testing, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
