RIVA is looking for a motivated Product Owner to lead a variety of projects of motivated professionals to deliver IT, data analytic and project management solutions in support of our Federal Health IT client. As part of an Agile Scrum team, duties for this position include planning, managing, documenting, and executing requirements of custom developed applications. Additional responsibilities include reporting the delivery status and updates to the client and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with managing a cross-functional team comprised of business analysts, functional and automation testers, as well as developers on a high-performing team with shifting priorities. Applicant can expect to work with the business customers, federal clients, and senior leadership. This position is best suited for an applicant that can plan, lead, manage, and execute all phases of Project and Release management including gathering and analysis of requirements, epic/user story creation and execution, managing the build/development process and functional/security/508 testing, through to implementation and deployment to Production.

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology or related field or 4 years of comparable experience without a degree3 years of experience in product ownershipAt least 3 years of product management experience in product design, agile delivery, and business analysisAt least 3 years of experience working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development processAt least 3 years of experience working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development processExperience with using Jira and ConfluenceAll applicants shall have lived in the United States for at least three (3) out of the last five (5) yearsMust be able to pass a CMS-specific Public Trust background investigation
