Responsibilities
Riverview Regional Medical Center is looking for an exceptional per diem day shift Public Safety/Security Officer to join our Security team. The Safety/Security Officer duties include, but are not limited to:
performs security services, including electronic surveillance, systematic manual Security Officers’ rounds, and functions of PBXcoordinates facility response to various potential problems for patients, employees, and visitorsfollows guidelines and perpetual monitoring techniques, towards establishing a safe workplace for employees and a safe environment of careparticipates in employee awareness and educationdriving as needed for company businessother duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education and Work Experience
BVP within 6 months of hire and maintain current annuallyexperience in healthcare security or related field, preferredState Guard Certification Registration Card within 6 months of hire and maintain currentHigh School Diploma or Equivalent, required
Facility Specific Requirements (facility May Require Items Listed Below)
state driver’s license upon hirecurrent DMV H6 report
