As a Program Manager within the Digital & CRM Marketing team you bring deep expertise in managing multiple complex Ecommerce and Digital projects simultaneously. You know how to work in fast paced, ever changing environments and can react quickly to change. You are an excellent communicator and know the value of over-communicating when a project requires it.
Responsibilities
Manage the Rivian.com ecommerce + product enhancement roadmap, inclusive of owning and maintaining the roadmap artifacts. In partnership with the Sr Manager of Ecommerce Strategy, define and operationalize process for intake across the Commercial org and other business units within Rivian. Stand up the process for intaking and prioritizing business requests across the Commercial org and other business units within Rivian. Operationalize the process of changes to the website. Build the mechanism for status management and take ownership of the status management working model. Be a proactive thoughtful leader in guiding the intake and web production process. Responsible for amplifying and socializing the work of the Ecommerce pillar across the Commercial org and beyond within Rivian. Lead backlog grooming across a cross functional group of collaborators. Work hand in hand with the Program Managers on the Digital Design team to prioritize and execute on work. In partnership with Digital Design and occasionally the Engineering team, build cross-functional process that sets the Digital Marketing org up for future growth, international expansion, and repeatable collaboration. Work closely across the Digital & CRM Marketing PM team to communicate dependencies, project updates, and timelines. Communicate and negotiate priorities, scope, expectations, dates, and milestones with cross-functional team members, including product management, engineering, quality assurance, and senior leadership and executives. Collaborate with numerous stakeholders to establish workback schedules, timelines and the scheduling of initiative launches. Assist in executive reviews and signoff for prioritization and digital requirements. Employee may flex in and out of different teams (agnostic of job function) depending on project load.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in project/program management, ideally within a Marketing, Digital or Product team, working closely with digital strategists, product managers and other stakeholders. Experience with a franchise website, especially one focused on e-commerce Bachelor’s Degree required, PMP certification preferred Exceptionally strong organizational and project management expertise Fluency in web analytics Ability to be a team player and over communicate when needed. Proven experience managing complex programs and/or multiple, fast-moving projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and superior organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously, including managing up and with peers. Experience managing programs and operations for web and other marketing initiatives. High energy with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment. Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and a willingness to pivot as needed. Ability to work as well independently as within a team. Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Figma, Asana, Slack and Microsoft Suite.
Pay Disclosure
Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $121,000-$139,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
