📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
RK&K is hiring a College Intern to join our team in Baltimore,MD for the summer of 2024. As an intern at RK&K, you will receive on-the-job training working alongside and collaborating closely with one of the largest, most talented groups of engineers and transportation professionals in the industry.
This internship is for Engineering Students with an interest in Civil and Construction Engineering. In this role, interns will gain insight into various aspects of engineering including design, forecasting, and modeling. Our College Interns will be exposed to various challenges, projects and technology related to operations, safety, and design, and will complete tasks both in the office and in the field as needed.

Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction EngineeringProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong attention to detailAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentExcellent written and oral communication skillsValid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
Classwork in civil/construction engineeringParticipation in professional societies (ASCE, ITE)Applicable prior internship experienceWorking knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation and/or GIS
