📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Must have both prior Accounting and Executive Assistant Experience (5+ years)50% of your time with Accounts Payable/Bookkeeping and 50% of your time with Executive Assistant Duties
SALARY: $50-$55k is the sweet spot for them (may go up to $60k ONLY if they check ALL the boxes)Plus 15% bonusPlus 4% profit sharing
100% onsite – (9/80 schedule which means they also get every other Friday off)
Education: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Financial and administrative role Bachelors in business, accounting, finance or a related field(Will consider related Associates Degree if you also have required minimum 5 years’ experience listed below)
Key Financial Experience and Responsibilities:Combination - bookkeeping experience and Accounts PayableReconciliations Assist in Month-end closing procedures and support financial audits by providing necessary documentation STRONG proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Financial Management SoftwareProcessing invoices, daily check runs, electronic funds transfersMaintain Vendor and owner databaseAccount Coding, Analysis, and verification
Administrative/Executive Assistant Experience and Responsibilities:Must have Excellent Written and verbal communication skills as they will prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of PresidentOversee general office operationsTake accurate minutes during meetings and formalize these for distribution among relevant stakeholdersProvide comprehensive support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing travel arrangements and expense report preparation and submission
Soft SkillsOrganizational Skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills - need to interact effectively with all levels of the organizationEagerness to learn and grow – in oil and gas industryAbility to multitask and manage prioritiesAbility to maintain confidentiality
