- AP ASSOCIATE - As a trusted member of financial administration team, you will be primarily responsible for managing invoice processing, expense reimbursements, and disbursement. Key tasks include inputting and reviewing invoices, resolving billing issues, entering rent vouchers monthly, and working with various departments and outside consultants to maintain accurate records. Further, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their skillset as you will gain exposure to international payables. - 1+ years experience in accounts payable- Bachelor’s Degree in an accounting-related field is a plus- Experience with Oracle, Chrome River, and /or other sophisticated finance systems- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
