📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
An international services and consumer product company in Princeton is searching for an Assistant Controller with ten plus years of experience. The company is looking for an Assistant Controller who will supervise general accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards. You will also be responsible for overseeing internal controls, audits, and be an integral part of a systems implementation.
To qualify for this role, you must have:- Experience in ERP implementation and maintenance, preferably SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.- A CPA license and a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.- At least 10 years of experience in accounting and experience in an international company.-Experience managing international accounting teams.- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team of accountants.- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
This is a hybrid opportunity and will work in the office three days a week and two days a week at home. The company offers an excellent benefits package and compensation plan.
