Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced litigation attorney to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload of complex litigation matters and provide strategic legal counsel to our clients. Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of litigation cases from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice to clients.Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings, as well as alternative dispute resolution forums.Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.Maintain strong client relationships and communicate effectively to address their legal needs and concerns.Stay current with developments in relevant areas of law and participate in continuing legal education opportunities.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California.Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on civil litigation preferred.Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities.Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a caseload.Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal representation and client service.
