Seeking a CFO for a distinguished commercial real estate firm renowned for its diverse portfolio encompassing a wide range of properties and developments.

Essential Functions:Manage multiple projects concurrently with efficiencyCommunicate professionally with employees, contractors, and stakeholders both verbally and in writingAnalyze and interpret data from various sourcesProficiently utilize computer skills, including Word, Excel, etc.Demonstrate high-level problem-solving abilitiesDirect, mentor, coach, train, and motivate staff to maintain a positive office environment

Basic Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain documented accounting policies and proceduresSupervise outsourced functionsOversee the accounting department's operations, ensuring goal achievement through appropriate organizational structureManage accounting operations, including control systems, transaction processing, and policy adherenceEnsure timely payment of accounts payable and collection of accounts receivableProcess payroll accurately and promptlyComplete monthly bank reconciliationsMaintain chart of accounts and orderly accounting filing systemImplement controls over accounting transactionsIssue timely and comprehensive financial statementsCoordinate preparation of monthly and annual reportsCalculate and issue financial and operating metricsManage annual budget and forecasts productionReport budget variances to managementProvide management cost reports and financial analyses as requiredGeneral Knowledge/Skills:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or equivalent experience7+ years of progressive accounting and administration experience in Commerical Real Estate Detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsExcellent leadership and management abilitiesSuperior verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced problem-solving capabilitiesProficient computer and analytical skills for business development
