Responsibilities:- Assist in qualifying leads and conducting initial discovery to support the sales process.- Build and cultivate relationships with customers, partners, and potential clients.- Conduct consultations with customers to gather technical information and aid in resolving warranty issues and parts sales.- Demonstrate expertise in explaining technical features of products to customers and partners.- Develop and deliver accurate quotes for parts, services, and support, including supporting documents and pricing details.- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements effectively.- Record all customer interactions and transactions in the designated CRM system.- Process customer orders with precision and efficiency.- Proactively reach out to existing customers to ensure satisfaction, promote products/services, and identify potential sales opportunities.- Partner cross-functionally to diagnose and resolve customer issues/challenges.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.- Familiarity with CRM systems or similar data management tools, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.- Strong attention to detail.
