Human Resources Generalist

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in human resources functions and a passion for supporting both employees and the organization. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for various HR activities including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR compliance.Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution to conflicts as needed.Administer employee benefits programs and act as a liaison between employees and benefits providers.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company guidelines.Coordinate performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.Support HR initiatives and special projects as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of experience in a human resources role, with demonstrated proficiency in HR functions.Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
