📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Well respected company is expanding and seeking an In House Counsel with 1+ yeas experience to join its legal team. This attorney will report to the General Counsel and will be responsible for:review and revising commercial contracts and construction contracts;negotiating governmental contracts and procurement on the local government and/state agency level; andresearch and writing.
