The Marketing and Design Manager role involves creating engaging marketing content in alignment with brand standards to effectively communicate value to target audiences. Responsibilities include overseeing the production of various marketing materials across different platforms and executing marketing strategies. Content to include sell sheets, blog posts, web pages, social media content, brand assets, presentations, emails, and more as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties:Leading Marketing team operations and performanceImplementing marketing strategies to achieve business objectivesDeveloping and optimizing new content and materials to support customers, partners, and brand reachCollaborating with internal stakeholders to gather and create valuable materials supporting business objectivesManaging digital and print content design productionIncreasing brand awareness and driving lead generationCreating design and content within brand guidelines to enhance brand visibility and engagementManaging image library and formatting images for digital and print useDeveloping templates and content for various outputsResearching and developing content for different formatsAssisting in drafting and editing communications copy for various channelsContributing to social media presence and audience engagementSupporting the development and execution of email marketing campaignsOverseeing collaboration with third-party digital marketing partnersCollaborating with relevant stakeholders to define KPIs and metrics for marketing effortsExecuting content marketing initiatives autonomouslyEnsuring content complies with relevant regulations and standards
Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field5+ years of experience in a related roleStrong skills in layout and design with attention to detailDemonstrated experience creating impactful, on-brand content across various mediaProficiency in relevant software tools and platformsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and presentation skillsExcellent organizational and planning abilitiesAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyFamiliarity with analytics and data-driven decision-making
