📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
- PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR - Our client is one of the top-producers in their industry! As a member of the Corporate Human Resources department, you will provide comprehensive management of two multi-state payrolls within ADP Workforce Now. This position will primarily be responsible for data collection and maintenance, including employee changes, ADP reporting and file maintenance. Other duties include: processing changes such as garnishments, tax changes, new hires, general deductions and terminations, and ensuring the ADP system accurately reflects these changes. Additionally, the role involves customer service tasks, replying to payroll information requests, journal entry of processed payroll and compliance with HR algorithms. The Payroll Administrator will also handle benefits invoices, 401(k) remittance, reconciling payroll accounts, and other related tasks. ((Up to $75K))
Bachelor's Degree, preferred3+ years of payroll processing experience - preferably with ADP products such as Workforce Now and e-TimeExceptional organization skills, and verbal/written communication skills.
