Fast-growing $1B real estate client is looking for a Senior Accountant for their construction accounting team. The ideal candidate should have substantial exposure to WIP, capital/construction projects, inventory, and be able to work with various operations groups in the field.
This client's industry is ever-expanding and in an incredibly dynamic space. Exciting time to be a part of this growing company! This position will be managing the accounting supporting construction, post-construction/operations, cost of projects, variances, some fixed assets, etc. Capital spend (i.e. new construction) was over $2B last year, so a lot of great things happening
