Tradeshow Event Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and detail-oriented Tradeshow Event Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects of our tradeshow events. In this role, the Tradeshow Event Manager is responsible for the entire event lifecycle, including conceptualization and planning, logistics management, marketing and promotions, execution, and post-event reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful tradeshow event management, proficiency in using Adobe Creative Cloud for creating event materials and marketing, as well as strong social media marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Planning:- Create comprehensive event plans, including timelines and budgets.- Secure appropriate venues and manage all vendor contracts.- Optimize exhibit spaces to ensure maximum engagement.
• Logistics Management:- Coordinate all logistical aspects, including shipping, setup, and teardown.- Handle travel and accommodation arrangements.- Arrange for on-site services as needed.- Manage event budget and assets.
• Marketing and Promotions:- Develop and implement effective promotional strategies using Adobe Creative Cloud.- Leverage social media platforms to drive event engagement and awareness.- Design compelling promotional materials using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Event Execution:- Ensure on-site operations run smoothly and efficiently.- Address all vendor needs and logistics issues promptly.
• Post-Event Reporting:- Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders.- Prepare comprehensive post-event reports.- Analyze event data to inform future planning and strategy.

Required Skills/Experience

• Proven experience in tradeshow event management.- Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Cloud to create event collateral and marketing materials.- Experience with social media marketing.-Willing to travel 40%
