This is a great opportunity to join and help build an electrical team of excellence. RHC is building a new electrical team that will add scope to an already thriving energy company in Central California.
ResponsibilitiesManage a team of 2-4 electricians for energy and controls related electrical installations. Hire, train and mentor your team members. Be creative and provide a safe, efficient, and environmentally focused work environment. Identify hazards and act wisely to prevent safety events. Some in-state travel will be necessary, depending on the location of the job.
QualificationsElectrical journeyman with excellent and friendly communication skills. Always act with honesty and integrity, building onto our already excellent reputation. Union and non-union people are both encouraged to apply.
