Accounting & Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, detail-oriented individual to join a leading global investment firm as an Accounting and Operations Manager. This part-time role offers the chance to work within a dynamic team that invests in high-growth technology businesses solving critical problems within large markets. The role is part time*** 3 days a week.

What You'll Do

Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Generate periodic financial reports for management, investors, and regulatory authorities.Maintain accurate accounting records in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.Record investment transactions accurately and ensure proper classification.Communicate about Federal tax, state tax, and individual's income tax; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Safeguard US employees-related benefits and insurance; ensure timely payment in the respective systems.Support audit processes; manage payroll and expense reimbursement.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a financial services or investment management environment.Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations, including GAAP and relevant tax laws.Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively across teams locally and globally.Familiarity with venture capital or private equity accounting practices is a plus.
