Procurement Manager

We are seeking an Operations Supply Planner for a rapidly growing women's wellness company. This role is pivotal to the success of our client's omnichannel business, encompassing procurement, fulfilment, shipping, and planning. What you'll do:As an Operations Supply Planner, you will play a crucial role in managing the supply chain of a rapidly growing women's wellness company. You will be responsible for planning inventory requirements across various distribution channels and 3PL locations. Your role will involve maintaining accurate supply planning files by SKU across multiple sales forecast scenarios. You will also determine future capacity needs across production and fulfilment locations to meet forecasted demand. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you analyse forecast vs actual performance and incorporate deviations into future planning decisions and processes. Working collaboratively with external suppliers to build strong accountable relationships will be a key part of your role.Plan inventory requirements across all 3PL locations and distribution channelsMaintain accurate supply planning files by SKU across multiple sales forecast scenariosDetermine future capacity needs across production and fulfilment locations to meet forecasted demandAnalyse forecast vs actual performance and incorporate deviations into future planning decisions and processesWork collaboratively with external suppliers to build strong accountable relationships and build planning processes togetherManage and improve processes, tools, documentation, and S&OP processesRun ad hoc analyses and support project management of key initiatives What you bring:The ideal candidate for the Operations Supply Planner role brings a wealth of experience in supply chain management, specifically in supply/demand planning and forecasting. You have worked with CPG companies and are familiar with DTC, Amazon, and Retail sales channels. Your experience in a startup, e-commerce or supplements environment will be highly valued. You are a logical, structured, and analytical problem solver with exceptional excel skills. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to work effectively with different groups of individuals.Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years in Supply Chain, Supply/Demand planning, ForecastingExperience in CPG companies with DTC, Amazon, and Retail sales channelsStartup/e-commerce/supplements experience or passion is a plusExperience with ERP systems a plusLogical, structured, and analytical problem solver with exceptional excel skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively with different groups of individuals - a team player
