Our client, a global leader in the design and manufacturing of FRP Pressure Vessels for membrane filtration systems, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join their team. This full-time role based in Vista, CA offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies, manage key accounts, and maximise customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
Drive the success of our client's businessDevelop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company's goals.Identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and strive to maximise customer satisfaction at all times.Your collaborative nature will enable you to work effectively with other departments such as Customer Care, Product Management, and Engineering.Your strong sales acumen, organisational skills, financial understanding and independent problem-solving abilities will be crucial in this role.Additionally, your ability to maintain constant contact with customers will ensure a high closing rate on outstanding sales opportunities.
What You Bring
5+ years relevant experienceManufacturing industry, plus specific knowledge of membrane filtration systems.Strong communication skills make you an effective leader, and your ability to work both independently and as part of a team will be highly valued.Excellent organisational and time management skills will enable you to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field is required for this role.
