What You'll Do
As a Reinsurance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the global Reinsurance business. You will be responsible for contributing to the preparation and implementation of the reinsurance strategy, ensuring positive results for the business. Your role will involve understanding and explaining changes in the reinsurance program and its impact on financial plans. You will also assist in creating effective planning mechanisms to ensure delivery of the business plan. Additionally, you will manage interactions with reinsurers during various activities such as presentations, audits and file reviews.
Support the preparation, implementation and delivery of Outwards Reinsurance strategyResponsible for the outwards reinsurance business financial planning processUnderstand, articulate and explain changes in the outwards reinsurance program and effects on plan financialsAssist in creating effective planning, control, and support mechanisms to ensure delivery of the business planContribute to procedures and controls for the collection, review, consolidation and analysis of reinsurance informationManage reinsurer interaction with underwriter teams during presentations, audits, file reviews etc.
