Downtown AV-rated law firm seeking experienced Litigation Paralegal/Secretary with knowledge of civil litigation and civil procedure. Candidate will perform complex and detailed administrative tasks for assigned attorneys. Candidate must be able to:Draft pleadings and perform e-filing with various State and Federal CourtsMaintain e-files organized and currentProvide timely reminders to supervising attorneys regarding upcoming deadlinesProofread all documents produced, checking for appropriate formatting, spelling and grammatical errors, as well as ensuring that all attachments, exhibits and enclosures are intactAssist with assembly of exhibits and appendices for motions, depositions, and trials.Create a Table of Authorities & Table of ContentsAssist supervising attorney with mediation and trial preparationProvide backup to other secretaries as needed
Qualifications1-5 years' experience as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal
Position is on-site with potential hybrid/remote flexibility after 90 days.
