Position: Business Systems AnalystLocation: RemoteIndustry: HospitalityType: Contract-W2 (sponsorship not available)Duration: 12 months (This is on W2 basis, sorry partners)
Our client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst that is passionate about hospitality and who love to have the opportunity to create customer experience improvements.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:-Work with business teams to capture requirements and refine them for development teams -Analyze new application bugs and prioritize in line with the overall product backlog-Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across technology, product and business teams to successfully deliver planned releases
Experience required: -Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience in Technology or a related field-Minimum of 2 years of Hotel experience, preferably in Front Office/Hotel Operations-Hands on experience working with of Property Management systems and prominent tools such as Jira and Confluence-Knowledge of tax & fee calculation rules for hospitality for US domestic and international markets *Travel is required for 20% of this role.
