Marketing Specialist

This position can be completely remote (M-F), located in any state in the U.S.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Roots Surrogacy. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling social media content, maintaining brand voice and continuity, and managing advertising campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of digital marketing strategies, exceptional creativity, and a passion for storytelling.

Compensation: $68,000 - $70,000; depending on experience. This is a full-time position.

Ideal candidates have marketing experience in women’s health care (fertility & reproductive health), family planning.

Responsibilities:Social Media Content CreationDevelops engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok; creates posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia content to drive engagement and promote brand awareness

Brand Voice and ContinuityEnsures consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all social media platforms and marketing materialUpholds the Roots Surrogacy brand values and ethos in every piece of content created

Ads ManagementPlans, executes, and optimizes advertising campaigns across digital platforms, including social media ads, Google Ads, and other channelsMonitors campaign performance, analyzes key metrics, and makes data-driven decisions to maximize ROI and reach target audiences

Community EngagementFosters meaningful interactions with followers, and clients on social media platformsResponds to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner while building positive relationships and enhancing brand loyalty

Content Calendar Management Develops and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content across all platformsCoordinates with internal teams to align content creation efforts with marketing initiatives, product launches, and other company activities

Qualifications:A passion for the of third-party reproduction and family buildingBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field3+ years of experience in social media management and digital advertising, preferably in the surrogacy industryProficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativityStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decision-makingProven track record of managing successful social media campaigns and delivering resultsAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage multiple projects and complete them to the highest standards in a timely mannerExcellent judgment and proven ability to independently develop solutions and to calmly and efficiently handle situations ranging from routine to highly complexAnnual travel for Company team building functionsDemonstrated high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issuesHighly organized and independently able to take initiative, problem-solve and follow throughValid driver’s license required; safe driving record, current automobile insurance
