Your Next Opportunity
The Associate Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full-life cycle recruitment for regular, temporary, full- time, or part-time staffing for positions with our company.
What You’ll Do
Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance. Skilled experience in trades craftsmen (Electrical preferred)Help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates. Build solid relationships with leadership teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process. Be proactive in networking, cold calling, and “deep diving” into passive candidate networks throughout various marketsHandles confidential information in a professional manner, respecting employee privacy while maintaining company confidentiality. Interacts with various levels of management, employees, applicants, and vendors. Manages job postings and announcements, applicant correspondence, employee resumes, employment application forms, scheduling interviews, etc. Maintains applicant files in line with company policies and government regulations. Retains records in line with company record retention requirements. Considerable filing, faxing, copying, distribution of materials, etc. Develop relationships and create new relationships with recruiting contacts in the community. Assist with college recruitment program initiatives from coordinating events to attending events as a Company representative.The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on the position’s role within the business unit.
What You Bring To Us
Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related discipline Additional HR certifications a plus (PHR, SHRM-CP) Minimum 1 years’ recruitment experience Experience with an HRIS and ATS database; Can be a combination of training, education and relevant work experience that is equivalent
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
High level of discretion and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential personnel matters and documentation Strong organizational, record-keeping and follow-up skills Attention to detail is necessary; strong analytical skills favored Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle a plus Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary Work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude Oral and written communication skills as required for the position Self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others

Working Conditions
General work environment - sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions, such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning. Noise level is typically low to medium; it can be loud on a job site. Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
